  I took my mom here for a haircut, the crazy lady who cut my moms hair made it look like she has holes on the side of her head around her ears. When i pointed it out to her she said that that's how my mom's hair is... when she realized we were not happy with the cut she didn't even brush off the hair around her neck so when we left we realized that the hair on the back of her neck was not even cut. There was hair that was supposed to be cut or shaved off but wasn't. HORRIBLE
