  Very noisy library! even after the renovations and the 'quiet study' section this place is noisy. you can hear every door open and close, foot steps from far away, and the staff tends to have meeting in open areas WITHOUT lowering their voices. I always thought libraries are suppose to be quiet places - what happened to that belief. staff does seem rude (especially at the reference/customer service desks); maybe not rude but they defiantly do NOT present as friendly (like you are bothering them by asking them a question)
