  My sister went in there to pay off her phone and upgrade to a new one and the employee didn't seem like he knew what he was doing or that he wasn't interested in doing his job. Made up an excuse that it would take too long for the upgrade to go through (which is complete bs because I personally went in there not even a year ago and upgraded my phone in less than 10 minutes). It was less than an hour before they closed but that doesn't give him the right to not want to do his job. This Sprint store is 5 minutes away from my house but I will completely avoid it and rather take my money straight to Apple to get a new phone. If you have any self respect, avoid this store at all costs.
